We do pretty much everything on our own at Bessie's. We grow our own produce, bake our own tasty treats, and spin our own yarn—heck, we even built Bessie's ourselves! The internet, however, is not our strongest suit, and we just wouldn't be intrepid country women if we knew all the new tricks of iPads, smartsphones, and other doo-dads. About a year and a half ago we had a friend build us a website, and it was great, but this fall we've teamed up with our friend again and are proud to announce Bessie's Website 2.0 (we're not sure what this jargon means, but were told you'd get it!).
Yes, that's us trying to figure out how to update the new site. Can we just go back to sheering the alpacas?!?!
Anyway, the new site has a bunch of new features which we're not going to try and explain, but all we can say is it is beautiful. Full page photos really show off what is going on at the store, the new calendar is a great way to keep up to date on events at Bessie's, and we've even got a blog—though who knows how often we'll update it.
