One of the few problems with our long gorgeous fall was that our four angora goats never had their autumn shearing.... Lily and Lizzie finally got the job done on the coldest night we have had so far- and the poor naked goats have been shivering. After a quick trip to the Freeport Clothes Tree, Stella, Mya, Doyle and Mona are now decked out in LL Bean fleece vests and coats. Come check out the fiber harvested from these four, as well as the alpacas and llamas...We have been busy dyeing and spinning!
